Recently, two female suspects robbed Tilly's clothing store on McBean Parkway in Santa Clarita. According to reports, the manager of the store had a confrontation with the suspects, during which the manager was pepper-sprayed. On Wednesday, July 31st, a man met up with a buyer he met on craigslist.com at a Starbucks in Valencia to sell an iPhone 10 to someone he spoke with online. They met up at the coffee shop shortly before 6 pm, and when the seller showed the phone to the buyer, the buyer grabbed it out of his hand and ran off after a short struggle. In a recent and rather bizarre case, a woman was arrested outside a bank for an alleged robbery. According to the suspect, a man outside with a small child gave the note to the woman and demanded she obtain money from the bank or he was going to harm the child. During the robbery, the suspect went through a change of heart and returned the money to the teller; unfortunately for her, police were already on their way.
