If a friend or loved one has been arrested and you’re wondering how to bail someone out of Pitchess Jail in Santa Clarita, then we’ve got you covered.
Pitchess Detention Center is located at 29310 The Old Road in Castaic. It’s one facility that’s made up of four separate jails, and is used to house both pre and post-trial inmates. If someone has already gone to trial and is currently serving their sentence at Pitchess Detention Center, they cannot be bailed out. However, pre-trial inmates eligible for bail can quickly and easily be bailed out by giving us a call.
Much like bailing someone out from the Santa Clarita Sheriff Station, you will first need to supply us with some general information about the inmate so that we can locate them within the jail system. We will then have you fill out our bail bond application forms and sign the indemnitor’s agreement. It should be noted, though, that at this point in bailing someone out from Pitchess Detention Center, the process changes a bit. Inmates aren’t bailed out directly from Pitchess like they are at other jails. So, once the bail bond application has been completed, the defendant you wish to bail out will then need to be transferred to Twin Towers Correctional Facility in downtown Los Angeles. Once the transfer has been completed, the defendant will await their turn to be processed out.
Due to the necessary transfer from Pitchess to Twin Towers, and then the wait time to be processed out, when you bail someone out of Pitchess Detention Center, the process tends to take a little longer than it would if the inmate were to be bailed out from another location. That being said, we at Santa Clarita Bail Bonds have been bailing people out of jails all over, and are more than capable of going through the process as fast as it can possibly be done.
