CalArts is a prestigious art school located in Santa Clarita, California. Incorporated in 1961, it was the first degree-granting institution of higher learning in the United States that was created specifically for students of the visual and performing arts. It was founded by Walt Disney, intending to fulfill his dream of creating a “Caltech of the arts.”

If you would like to speak with a local bail bondsman immediately about California Institute of the Arts Bail Bonds, please feel free to give us a call any time at 661-299-2663.

Cal Arts Campus Safety officers are the on-site enforcers of rules, regulations and campus safety. They are not, however, police officers. Therefore, when Cal Arts Campus Safety encounters someone who may be breaking the law, it is the deputies working out of the Santa Clarita Sheriff Station who will make the arrest. The deputies will take the arrestee to the sheriff station where he or she will undergo booking and processing. Once that’s been completed, bail will be set for those who are eligible.

Once an arrestee has been booked at the Santa Clarita Sheriff Station, it will be possible to obtain their release via bail bond. If the bail bond application process hasn’t been started after about 72-hours, or if the jail gets overcrowded, inmates will likely be transferred to larger jails in downtown Los Angeles. Men are sent to Twin Towers Jail and women are sent to the Lynwood Jail in Los Angeles. Once transferred, it can take an additional 12 to 24-hours to bail them out as they wait to be processed in to the new facility. Beginning the bail bond process while they are still located at the Santa Clarita Sheriff Station jail, though, can often avoid the transfer process altogether.

The Bail Bond Process

To begin the bail bond process, give us a call and provide us with the name, birth date and date and time of arrest of the inmate. We will use the information to locate them within the jail system and verify their eligibility for bail. Once that’s been established, we will have you fill out the short, simple, bail bond application forms and sign the indemnitor’s agreement. Last, we provide you with a receipt and send one of our agents to the jail. Your friend or loved one will be released a short time later.

Fast, Local, Discreet Bail Bondsmen

We’re local to the Santa Clarita Valley. As a matter of fact, our office is right across the street from the jail, and we’re able to post bonds 24-hours a day. If you’re unable to meet with us in person, or simply feel more comfortable handling the bail bond process from your home or office, we can easily accommodate you via phone, fax or email. When you work with us, we do all the footwork so you don’t have to.

Aside from our dedication to our clients’ comfort, we also pride ourselves on our discretion. If you work with us from your home or office, our forms won’t include anything indicating bail bonds, the courts, or anything that might let the people around you know your business.

The Cost of a Bail Bond

If bail is set at $10,000, then the cost of a bail bond will be no more than $1,000.

Paying for a bail bond is easy, and most of our clients prefer to use major debit/credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover) but we also accept cash, business and personal checks, money orders, bank account transfers and money wire. If you would like to finance your bail bond, let us know. We have a variety of flexible payment plans designed to fit most any budget.

When you work with us, we never include any additional fees, charges or interest no matter how you choose to pay.
